Lahaina is still cooking.
In August 2023, a wildfire destroyed most of Lahaina town, including restaurants that had fed this community for generations. Some of those businesses are back — running out of a truck instead of a storefront, some parked in a different lot than before.
This page is just the trucks currently operating in Lahaina. It's not the whole story of the recovery — but it's a list worth knowing, and every truck on it is a business that made it back.
