About Rooster Roams
Rooster Roams brings Maui's food-truck culture into view.
It started as a hand-built guide and is growing into a community-first home for the trucks, owners, menus, photos, towns, and local details that make the scene easier to support.
The mission
Maui's food trucks are small businesses, gathering spots, family projects, late lunches, beach-day plans, and roadside discoveries. Rooster Roams exists to make that culture easier to see without turning it into a pay-to-play list.
The work is practical on purpose: map the trucks, show the towns, keep menus and photos organized, accept corrections, and let people build a day around local food.
How it stays community first
Community first
Listings stay free, trucks do not pay to rank, and owner or visitor updates go through human review.
Built for the island
Town pages, truck courts, route guides, and day-planning tools help people find food in the way Maui is actually explored.
Honest data
Hours, menus, photos, and locations change. Rooster Roams keeps uncertainty visible instead of filling blanks with guesses.
